when the pics are uploading, i get this error:Sorry, the board attachment quota has been reached.: anyway to fix this? : my pic is only 28KB btw

Attachments aren't working (disabled?) on this forum, you need to upload your pics somewhere else and link to them using the tags.

A good sites for uploading pics would be photobucket .
