I know this project has started a long time ago (but not in a galaxy far, far away :P), but after having 4 major development breaks and having to restart this map from scratch for 3 times, I finally want to release ESM (BETA 1) to the public :P
*Remember this is just a BETA version, so don't expect this to include all features I promised.*

-- Galactic Civil War: End of the Seperatist Movement - Part I *Public* BETA version 1 - 13/7/2006

The Seperatists are lost. The Imperial forces discovered that the remaining Droid forces have taken over the capital of the small planet Naboo, Theed.
On their mission to recapture the capital of Naboo, and finish of the last remnant of rebellion in the galaxy, they first need to destroy the
remaining Seperatist ships so they can launch troops to recapture the planet Naboo. . . .

-- Features:
-Grey Venators and a normal Star Destroyer.
-Grey V-Wings, blue ARC-170's and classic TIE-fighters
-Darth Vader in his ANH suit, that suit was slightly different from the ROTS and ESB version *not included in this version yet*
-The Theta class shuttle is again the Trooper transport, it makes more sense in this era then in 2 ABY
-New Imperial Pilot and Marine (based on the EP3 ones)
-A *real* Super Battle Droid
-And a few other features I forgot

-- Things still left to do:
-Putting back the hangars in the Droid Control Ship like it was in BETA 0.70 (but this BETA was never released)
-Putting back the heroes in ESM
-Geonosians
-Fixing and putting back the DC-15 Carbine, its just invicible when my units spawn :S

--Installation:
-Copying the map ES2 to \GameData\Addon in the map you installed Star Wars Battlefront II.
-Play the map!

--De-Installation:
-Removing the map ES2 from \GameData\Addon, located in the map you installed Star Wars Battlefront II.

--Credits:
Mapping etc.:
-MasterSkywalker
Skin for plain white Clone Trooper:
-Commander Fordo from SWBFFiles.com, all the credits for this go to him.
DC-15 Carbine:
-OOM-9 from Gametoast.com
^I don't care you don't want credit for your carbine so I really give you a lot of credit in this map because your Carbine is just AMAZING!!! :P
-pschy0fred and Pandemic Studios. pschy0fred restored the Imperial Troop Transport model made by Pandemic Studios for Star Wars Battlefront I. I ported that vehicle over to SWBFII :D

You may post this map on other boards but PLEASE leave this ReadMe file intact and give me credit for this map.

Hope you will enjoy this map!!!

Master Skywalker
I finally got this project back on track and I hoep to get an almost finished version out their. I don't work anymore with hundreds of BETA's like with ASD because that had become REALLY annoying :P I just will release BETA 2 and FINAL.

I've just finished playing it. I have to say this is a really good map, I liked the new Pilot, and the SBDs work pretty nice. They are slower than the other droids and they shoot really fast, just like the movies, si the only thing I can say is that you did a really good job with this map!
The only thing I can't understand is why there is a Blockade Runner (I mean the Corvette) there

Martin: During the early Imperial era, the Corellian corvettes were still used by the Empire. In fact, they worked for both sides during, and after, the Galactic Civil War.

In other news: I officially love this map. It's the first I've ever seen that has a proper, three-seater ARC-170.

Could you repost the link(s)? I tried each link at least twice, and all I got was a blank screen.

Some bugs/suggestions:
ARC-170 shields don't recharge
several sounds (TIE i.e.) are either missing or too quiet
ARC-170 tailgunner gun gunfire doesn't show up
When piloting the ARC-170 you can't see it
[more bugs to come]

I think It would be better to:
#give the ARC-170 pilot the laser and the co-pilot the torpedoes
#make the frigates and corvettes moving
(like in Space Mygeeto[aka most bestest shipped space map])
# have a Vulture with the Ep. 3 vulture skin (brown doesn't fit the grey caps)
#have some controllable turrets
[more suggestions to come]

Anyway, this is a truly awesome map. One of the best I've played.
