Color Codes Help Needed [Solved]

I'm trying to figure out what color goes with each number in an odf color code, I.E.
"0 0 225 225", is the blue that i use, but I'm not sure which is red, green, blue, and whatever the last one is. Does anyone know?

First = Red
Second = Green
Third = Blue
Fourth = Glow/Light

No, alpha means transparency. 0 Alpha is absolutely transparent and 250 is the opposite (may be 255 but it doesn't really matter it's a small difference).

Not quite, I'm making a lightsaber and i need to know how to change the colors of the trail. thanks for the help guys!
