I'm looking for an effects pack, I think Skyhammer made it. Anyone know what happened to it? I can't find it in the assets forum.

Where were the DarkTrooper phase 3 assets released? Or were they only given to some people?

You could make it yourself; it's just a slightly scaled-up dark trooper with Vader's anims.
