How do you add sounds when recording video on Xfire?

you now sometimes when you record a video and theres no sound when you watch it.can someone help please.

I don't have my xfire hand, but off the top of my head:
go to xfire options>video>enable sound.
As soon as i get back to my computer I'll double check the location of it and repost if necessary.

Yep, that's right (except it's record sound, but whatever). Though, for some computers (like mine) it doesn't record sound anyway.

well when i put add sounds i record again,watch vid,no sound.

in my experience, sound only works for me when i have music playing... idk why, but it may have something to do with my xfire music plugin.

if u have windows u just open the video with wondows movie maker and add the sound there thats wat i uaually do.

here is how to get sound:
start xfire up
tools
then options
then video
then tick the box that says: "record sound"
then you can record sound

stiill i did that it still didint work.do i just use a mike becaus e i dont know how to add sound with a mike.

take a look at which audiodevice you selected in xfire
i for example can only select my soundimput not output ->no sound

for me sound is only working if i
a) have music playing.
b) talk with someone over xfire.
