Well, Alex. I guess we owe you a thank you for keeping up with all the lost maps we wanted, on behalf of GT. But now that FF is going under, and its a mad rush for files, what does this mean for "Links to SWBF-2 Maps + Mods + Sources" ?

Like everything on the site that links to filefront, it will have to be reorganized in some way by some person. It may be a substantial amount of time before everything is updated; look for us to try to have a useable main GT database (i.e. "GTFiles") before you worry too much about individual threads being updated.

Of course Alex may update this thread before that, but this is a massive thread and would need a lot of work for reorganization, and I won't lay that at his feet - something like this would be great for a community effort (but only after we get our "new uploads" more organized).

Its back a page or two. And, you should really look harder.

Will the comlete Filefront Network be closed?
If so and the Gametoast Database is online,i upload All that Stuff to GT,that is sure.

Everything on Filefront - network sites, user accounts, anonymous uploads - all will be gone.

Thats hard to hear.
All that many work for nothing.But we will see what the Futrure brings,i still have more than 20GB SWBF-2 Stuff on HD and 4-5 DVDs with Classic Maps that can be used here.

The work wasn't for nothing - a lot of people have gotten a lot out of it (myself included) and are still getting a lot out of it - your archive is a great organizational tool even now as we try and "back up" Filefront.

I agree with Maveritchell. Your efforts weren't meaningless, you did help.

I meant not that everything was for nothing.I know my Account helped out ,many People here and other SWBF-2 Players around the World, that is why i created it. but its frustrating to see that all that work i spend the last 3 Years mainly the last 2 Month on it was partially a waste in Time.
I really thought for the Future to have in FF a Safe and Stable Site to host All that SWBF-2 Stuff and that i only need to manage it and upload here and than some Maps that are missing to save my private Time but now Everything will be gone.Not only me hit this.To see SWBF-2 Files and the GT Users FF Acounts going down isnt very nice and i know how hard it is to mirror that much Files to another Site.Good Luck with it.
FF was a well done Filehoster for the past Years that for sure.I will miss it

Alex, you saved the day! Both Naboo: Prototype and Concord Dawn's source files were on your site, and I desperately needed them for the Xbox. I should have given you the source files to all the other Convo Pack maps

Then download them asap :-9 i dont have these Files on my HD.I deleted them after uploading to FF.

You Guys should download all modding based Stuff from my Page But most of the Maps i have on HD so no need to download them in short time.

Hi Mates.

Since Filefront is restored and the Files i uploaded the last Time are again safe.
I dont plan on uploading any of these Files to GT Downloads Area.
Dont be angry about my decision but i really spended to much Time with SWBF-2 Maps
and i m to tired about to upload Files again and again.

My FF Account will be managed and updated like always and Page.1 Post.1 counts the same.
So for me this Thread is back and working.Requests are again Welcome.

It would be nice ,if some of the Staff would add my FF Account inside the Maps Directory on the Main Page.
We could let it run paralell to the Maps Directory.So Guru could save a lot of Drive Space and
Traffic for other great Features.
At the Weekend i put a list of all Maps together,that are located at my FF-Page.
Actually i plan on updating the Map Archive with all -Direct Links- of Maps
that are located at my Account but not the next 2 Weeks.So Maps can be found much faster.

Actually i upload my SWBF-1 Maps Directory to GT Downloads Area.Wich means more than 2GB of SWBF-1 Maps
