Problems with Rancor Scale Up

I'm trying to scale up the Rancor, at scale 5.0, but this is what happens:

The animations don't seem to be right and I can walk through him in some parts.

Hmm--well, I know for a fact that your ability to walk through him comes from scaling him up. Scaling up a prop destroys its collision geometry. With the rancor, I've found that you can't really scale him up too far past 1.7 without messing up the collision geometry too much (and even that's really pushing it.)

As for your animation problem, it could just be a case of trying to make everything too big, or it could be that you didn't do something quite right. What steps did you take, exactly, to get what you have now?
