This band, who I really know nothing about, is in the process of making a music video utilizing youtuber's photos as each individual frame for the video. They started out with a sort of "blank" video, with the band members doing various wierd motions. They then have invited anyone and everyone to reproduce a particular frame using their webcam, putting themselves in whatever stance, gesture, or position the band member was in during that frame. They're still requesting help, and it's being updated hourly....you'll probably need to see this for yourself to figure out what i'm talking about:
