Aalya Secura's tentacles stretched [Solved]

Hello,
I've been trying to create an Aalya Secura model with one blue saber and animations similar to any other jedi (like Kenobi, etc.). The best way for me to describe it is something along the lines of the one found in Saleucami: Valley. I've changed around some of the animations in the bank and it has come out horribly wrong, giving Secura tentacles that touch her feet and look like saggy you-know-whats. Anyone have any ideas on how to do this?
