Re: Multi staged rocket launcher?

To finally put to rest the argument between why there is an E.M.P. in the first place, my original point of origin for such a rocket was when i was bored in class and started playing with my pen (Honestly I could keep myself entertained for days on end with a pen alone...) and started imagining an resurgence of beings who were on earth long before Mankind was ever created. I'm not gonna go into much details on that since i never know when i might meet a script writer =P. But so the aliens had extremely powerful vehicles that had a heavy shield that was impossible to penetrate without an E.M.P. blast to shut it down however the vehicle wouldn't be shut down since the Beings developed a system to protect from an E.M.P. even though the system would force all functions in the vehicle to be down for a few seconds with the exception of life support, but even then the vehicle was still operational afterward. Then a specially designed armor piercing rocket was needed to get passed it's advanced hull that normally would take about 3 rockets just to penetrate. Then the final rocket would damage the interior and hopefully render the driver or the mechanical systems inoperable. Thus conclude (hopefully) why there is an argument towards the point of the E.M.P. And no I'm not working on such a map with the storyline i provided, i was just trying to implement my imagination to give any future maps/mods a sense of creative difference instead of the usual classes and weaponry that many have gotten so used to using.
Thank you Fiodis, I will check that out soon. It basically is exactly what I was thinking of, though it has been quite a while and i do remember reading what your talking about, which makes sense now why i thought it was impossible because Sky did not like the results he got since it did not fit his profile.
Lastly, I'm having trouble comprehending one part of the ODF Parameter that links stage one to the second and final stage, I know in multiple links and references the SecondaryOrdnancePeriod is necessary, however The way they say it in the Weapon ODF Tip's and tricks they say in one part how if the Period is set to "1" then it will fire at the same time as the original Ordnance, And then go on to saying if you put the Period as "2" then it takes 2. As shown below
Does the Secondary Ordnance Period When set to 2 mean that the ordnance will play once every two shots? or Does it mean it will fire a period after the first shot. I would figure this out myself by testing the ODF for the rocket launcher, but as of late I'm having troubles with my test map unrelated to the rocket launcher, and I'm definately not going to risk it with my other maps I'm working on....
