Rep Doom day: Forest Frenzy *CANCELLED*

Hey People i am making a new map, its to go in the republic dooms day series and its based on a foresty/swampy world. the map has 5 CP's at the moment maybe more but i doubt it, there is alot of well placed water dotted all over the map so it isnt just one big lake, there will be just one AT-TE that starts by one of the CP's and makes it way into the huge battle in the middle of the map. alot is happening in this map considering it is quite small, there are the box models by WideBoy and a new pipe model by me and the dead clone models by Qdin.
Alot is set up in the sides also so there is new weapons and skins (cis- me Republic- Dragon93) the map is very even at the moment, no over powerment (real word?) there is 200 units on the battlefield on each side at the same time. there fore huge battles. The Sky is set up with dome objects (acclamator (sp) and Rep Gunships) and the sky itself is new. in the map their is a new rain which i edited so it looks more violent. Ai Planning is set up almost perfect. i cant do any better.
okay i have told you about the basics of the map now i will tell you how the map is laid out:
On the east of the battlefield is a crashed acclamator (dont worry people this isnt one of them boring crashed ship maps its just for looks) there is a small base there in one of the valleys that leads to the center of the map. also in that area there is a pipe going through the montain as a shortcut. that shortcut leads to a small area where there are 2 Laat/i gunshps to jump in. and this small area has another pipe leading to one of the other bases. in this base it is a yavin temple with a small lake in it and where 2 AAT's spawn. from that base you can either go through the short cut i just said about or head down into the main battle. there there is a medium sized lake with another pipe in it for a hideout.

i must be boring you all now with all this so just when it comes out you can play the rest of the map. the map is very detailed. and i know your proberly wondering WTF are them pipes? well they are old exaust parts from the crashed acclamator.

i know thats alot for a W.I.P and a wonder- is there a rule like the 50% has to be done rule that has a maximum aswell lol cause my maps at like 95%!

can you please give me some ideas to do- u will be credited!

i was thinking of adding ewok platforms but i dont want the combat to be in the trees. also i feel that they would make the feel of the swamp a bit too much like endor but im still considering

Looks good, I like those pipes. Although I think they could be a bit dirtier.

They're ReSkinned So That they have a layer of moss so they look really cool now.

Ew the sky is way to bright and barely matches the weather scheme.

The Forest is to open and needs more rubbish and shrubs...

Though it does look great Unit Skin wise...

okay i will change the sky but with the trees, well there is enough its just in the screenies it doesnt look like it. i should maybe be releasing a BETA soon.

The sky is fine how it is. It's just that one bright patch there that many recolored shipped skys have. It looks really nice that way.

Maybe that's just me, but the terrain and the atmosphere are really close to Majin Revan's RotE #3: Swampy, wet woods in both maps. But as long as you have a serious difference in your map when it comes to gameplay...I'm really wondering what these tubes will do. Nevertheless, your droid camo skins are fine, and the republic's ones, as well.

But why is that homing spider wreckage called acclamator assault ship ?

lol thats just the destroyed spider is justa prop (no name) and coz the acclamator is under the ground (only some of it out of the ground) it look like some things are called acclamator assualt ship! hehe but i have been wondering, how do i make it no destructable? thanks in advance

You might consider bluring the droid's skin a bit so it dosent look so photoshoped.

His head probably got sliced off, or that's a captain's rank indicator colour marking. Really. Nobody has yet seen the bottom side on an higher-ranking clones's helmet, so nobody can say what's on that side.

But yes, in case this should be a decapitated clone, the colour on the helmet should be adjusted to fit the colour of the blood on the remaining clone body (ie making it darker) and some irregularites to display the iforce of the impact on the clone's throat.
