To be frank, Anakin:Anakin wrote:i don't like:

Teti Viba
1. The SBD's, the Black and Red One and the Red/Yellow one was there in the DWB, but the Red/Yellow one was modified to be slightly different/unique than the other one. Search Google or Yahoo for pictures.
2. The Red camo'd B1 was in SWG. Thus why it's there. Search Google or Yahoo for pictures.
3. Katarn Armored Trooper is a trooper wearing armor based from an SWG armor set, thus why that's there. And it's also when I went into the DWB with that armor set, so that's why that's at that location. Though that armor-type/scheme was used on Kashyyyk by "Mort", it still fits in with the Endor surroundings. And not to mention one of my characters in SWG wore this armor to the DWB at one point, and that's the entire point that's there, really. Look on Wookieepedia for "Katarn Armor (Galactic Civil War)"
4. I disagree, the shield is just right on the proportions. To be fair, as long as it does its job, it doesn't matter what size it is.
5. The Red Mandalorian was in the DWB, thus why it's there. The whole point behind him being there. Search for "Death Watch Bloodguard".
6. Teti Viba is the "Death Watch Overlord" actually, during the GCW, and was in the DWB, thus, again, why he's there. Again, the whole point of him being there. You can check Wookieepedia for "Teti Viba"
I apologize, but the sides/skins are pretty much final. I'm sorry we cannot please everyone, but the map itself is loosely based (loosely based, but trying to reach the same feeling I had) on my experience in the DWB.
I am not attacking your opinion, I am just trying to explain "Why" those are the way they are.
Like THEWULFMAN, said, I would also appreciate it if you would explain why you do not like them? Though in the end these will be staying, I would really appreciate if you would say "Why" you do not like them. Though you don't necessarily have to have a reason, I am just curious.
However, there is a reason those are there. And there is a reason for why they will stay. I apologize.
Well, probably words AQT would say anyways. I think it's somewhat fair to explain the reasoning behind why the sides are the way they are since I helped. AQT not only did this project because he wanted to explore it and revisit it, but it's also from a vision that I originally tried to portray and failed at. And while I would have loved to convey the exact feelings I've had or the exact visuals I've witnessed in SWG, obviously there would be slight changes to compensate for gameplay balancing, such as map layout/side layout, etc.
It's mainly a personal vision to begin with, really. I personally think he pulled it off flawlessly. There's virtually nothing I personally would change. And I'm glad he's sharing the vision with everyone here at Gametoast. It really is a phenomenal map, in my opinion.
Note: I did not say you are required to like what we like, I was just curious, like THEWULFMAN, of why you didn't like them.

This map isn't set in TCW era, this is during GCW era. And you haven't said why you dont like the red mandalorians or Teti Veba?

I think that's his point; he's saying that the units seem too TCW-ish color-wise.THEWULFMAN wrote:Anakin wrote:Maybe in TCW were such colored Droids/Clones but i don't like it

And for the record, I disagree.

@Anakin: Hmm, you know what? Since I respect your opinion so much, I think I will make the colorful droid/Mandalorian skins less colorful by desaturating them completely. And what the hey, I think I will replace the Katarn armored trooper with your "RARC." It would fit sooooo perfectly! How does that sound?

One thing I took far too long to learn (really, AQT and WULFMAN were probably on the point of sending assassins after meAnakin wrote:i don't like:
The SBDs
Red B1
Katarn Armoured Troopers (Or armored if you prefer)
The shield is too small
Red Mandalorian
Teti Viba
On a brighter note,
Loving the detail on the B1s. Are they new skins, or is my attention to detail really as bad as I think it is?
Also, are those Ewoks easier to kill now? I remember them neutralising over half the CPs in conquest and pairs taking out B2-RPs by keeping them permanently on the ground.

They're the same quality as they were in TEV/Last Version of DWB (I think), unless AQT did some details in secret to improve on them.Lagomorphia wrote: On a brighter note,

)
As for conquest, when I encountered the Ewoks, they didn't seem to neutralize over half the CPs or wipe out B2-RPs in pairs. :S Unless, again, Ninjas were involved. Ninjawoks?!

Re: Endor: Death Watch Bunker
Here's the last update: The Storm Commando, Captain Archer:
Special thanks to Cerfon Rournes for helping me with his visor.
For the campaign, Archer is equipped with an E-11b rifle, which has two firing modes: Blaster and mortar rounds. He is also armed with detpacks. In addition, he has an Active/Use "weapon" to work with panels and whatnot. Also, when playing, be on the lookout for Imperial-symbol-shaped items that will grant Archer extra lives. He has regenerative shielding, but it doesn't take much damage to lower, though.
I am going to upload and release this map now/soon.

Thanks, Emperor.
Since the map is already released, I think I'll lock this topic now.
