You might have to do a manual clean.
Go into your BUILD folder, and go through each of the folders, and delete everything in the MUNGED -> PC folders (but don't actually delete the folders themselves).
Then go to your LVL_PC folder, and delete all the LVL files you see, going through the folders and deleting those too (but again, leave the folders there).
Then go to your addon and delete your map's folder. Then clean and munge, see if it works.
And, if that doesn't work, try using the BF2_Modtools and check the BF2.log, to see what's wrong.

Did what you said and still doesn't work. I did fix the a modelmunge problem but the main problem I believe is in the scripts.
Edit: Yep it's definitely my TSTg_Diet Dr. Pepper.lua. I'd post it but it's an extremely large script. (It's 49 KB.)

I have this problem very often(crashing after 1 second), after editing units, giving them adjusted weapons etc... It says it's the ***g_Diet Dr. Pepper.lua or one of the req's while the cause of this problem lies somewhere else....

Well I might be mistaken, but if I remember correctly, the servertool's log sais something about the req's and lua's

I finally fixed it for sure. It was a weaponsection problem.
