Learn about foliage. You'll have a much easier time placing grass that way vs manually placing it

I know, but I really like the naboo crab grass model.

Doesn't matter. Foliage allows you to specify any number of models. Trust me. Read up on it. Otherwise you're going to run into all sorts of problems. Foliage is how all of the grass was done on any shipped map & all the really high quality maps. Plus, there's no collision issues and you don't have to place each piece of grass manually. You just paint it on there and it places it + adjusts it so it's level with the terrain.

Trust me, foliage is definitely the way to go. Ask any veteran mapper here.

Foilage is much easier when using a .prp file and "painting" it onto to your map then placing each one by hand and adjusting it, like Tean explained.

Where's the pln or plp thing to edit?

I did. Where's the prp file. I still didn't see the location.

You either create a prp file or copy one from the assets and rename it ABC.prp and place it in your world1 folder, any odf,msh and textures that are called from the prp file goes in your:
data_ABC\Worlds\ABC\odf and msh folder.

ABC = 3 letter modID

It takes a few minutes to wrap your head around the foliage file, but the docs (I think it's in zeroeditor_guide.doc) help to explain things. In the end it's much faster, it doesn't count towards the object limit, and has lots more bonuses.

I got it, but the map just continues to crash without remorse. I deleted a cp I was having problems with and still no results.

It looks to me like you're maxing out your memory pool, but would this cause a map to crash?

Idk if that would cause a crash. Inbetween which lines do I add SoldierAnimation, (1800)?

Whenever I spawn as a unit. Every unit. Each side. I'll post ZE pics later then.

Thats not you. Its the other units that spawn. Since you spawn at the same time, you think its you, but it isnt. One of your edited units is causing the crash. Or at least one.
