Modifying Shell.lvl

I have been looking at shell.lvl via hex-editing and from what i've seen it should be possible to custimize the interface i.e add a third campaign maybe someone who knew what they were doing could do it.

You cant add a campaign through hexediting, its just not possible unless you had the scripts munged, though you can simulate one by utilizing mission.lvl and missionlist.lua
