Ahem. A 1 minute reply?
I guess so.. I just got on Gametoast, looked at the new posts (I usually only look in, like 3 forums) and replied.
Lol, I know. It was all in good humor.

Its not just one effect, but a whole kload of them on top of eachother. And, unfortunately, its a 22 step process on PSP6...

22?
Would be a 3 step (10-20 seconds timespent) effect for ps.
*Create text*
*Gradient + Emboss style*
*Add stroke*
Photoshop ftw
EDIT: Actually could be compressed to 2. Just inset the emboss. No need for stroke.

Well, in PSP you have to go though all these strange things, which are normally completely pointless....

But yeah, PS does seem to have an alot quicker way of doing it.... I think I'll still do it with PSP anyway though.

Wow, that takes you 10-20 seconds? If my computer's doing a fast day, and the image I'm working on is relatively under 1920x1200, it might take me about 7 seconds.
But who's counting?

Unless you have the style premade, then it'll take 3-5 seconds.

Something I've been meaning to do since before Memorial Day, though I couldn't make it because I accidentally uninstalled paint Shop Pro and couldn't find the disc to reinstall it
I had to do this in a bit of a hurry because a friend is coming over in like 5 minutes.
EDIT: Just made this.

Whoever names the book it's from gets a cookie.

It could be tidied up a bit, but I admit, it
does look awesome.

My friend and I are starting a freelance graphic/web design business, and so we're on the design stage of our website right now. We're not sure what to do. We chose the name Webterior Design (it's a play on the words: Interior design)
I threw this together:
We decided that it doesn't represent the whole "play on words of interior", as it's very outdoor-ish. I didn't really like the way the house turned out. We both like the layout, though. Comments and criticism please! Oh, and if you have any ideas for a design we could use, that'd be much appreciated.

I actually think it's quite nice for a beginner (?) site. And just because you intended it as a play on "interior design' doesn't mean people won't take it as "exterior design."

No, definitely not beginner.
But thanks for the feedback anyways.
