Regions keep disappearing....

Hey I'm new here but I made an account because I need some help with ZeroEdit/BfBuilder. I've been following a tutorial and it wanted me to create a cp. I did that and filled in all the necessary boxes. CP3Control, CP3Capture, CP3Spawn...... along with the name and label of it. Then I head on over to the region edit mode.So first I add a new group and a new region. I call it CP3Box and and type CP3Control for properties. i hit enter. I then add a new region. I call this CP3Sphere and i give it CP3Capture for properties. So then I start clicking on my regions to find that they are filled in correctly. I click on the box region and suddenly the properties of that region have changed to match my sphere region. I change it and then the box region has been changed to match the sphere region's properties. So then I figured ok well no one else has complained of this problem so I thought that it must be a dumb glitch that showed one thing and really didnt do it. idk, what am I supposed to think? Then, I head over to paths and i create a couple nodes. btw i had already clicked the new path button if you were thinking that was wrong. gotta be thorough. Ok so then i save it and i test it out. I munged and i put it in the add on folder of bf. I went to sp test and I get numerous problems. No CP control region. No CP Capture region. So I went back to editing my map. To my astonishment the regions were gone. I've gone through re-editing this cp and regions and paths several time. can someone plzplz help me?

I'm probably not the best person to answer... but have you updated ZeroEdit from psych0fred's website?

If not- go to http://secretsociety.com/forum/downloads/BF1/ and download the ZE updates.

Make sure none of the files in your project folder are set to read only. Just right click on the main project folder, go to properties and see if read only is checked. If it is, uncheck it - if a box pops up, make sure you select the option that includes subfolders and files.

I'm fishing in the dark here, but that's a slim possibility.

if the CPs dont work in game, make sure that you have turn the radious up from 0.0 in the CP settings in the ZE, under CP*Capture- CP*Control - CP*Spawn - etc in the radious box. I usually just put it to 10.

Why the CP settings would disappear i dont know. when you place an item dont fill in the settings right away; once placed click 'select' first then change settings (that one caused me a problem in the early days). I know this is obvious but i made that mistake once with similar results of what the baggle is talking about.

OK, well after I gave up for a long time i finally came crawling back to bfbuilder. AND I have the solution if any else needs it(which i doubt). All you need to do is open it up from bfbuilder and then click load even though the map is alrready in front of you and then load the wld file. so that fixed it. fianlly
