Editing the bounding box

Is there a way to edit the bounding box of a model in Softimage? When I use the ZE Tools to export, no matter which model I pick for the global bounding box, even if I uncheck the global bounding box checkbox, the bounding box is in the same place, and it doesn't even cover the model (the model isn't at 0,0,0 for ease of placement in Zero Editor).

normally the boundingbox covers the whole model. i think that ze makes its own boundingbox but for animated things like turrets or doors it might be incorrect. if the boundingbox is off for a prop it might be caused by ze-tools.

If you press b while in XSI it will show you all the bounding boxes.
Each separate piece of geometry has a bounding box.
If you want or need to have a 0,0,0 reference point for manipulating in ZE then putting everything under the dummyroot should accomplish that. Now I use the pandemic exporter and not the other 2 export options so I am not sure of any limitations that preclude the above solution.

@D.U.C.K.: Yeah, I think it's the ZE Tools; the bounding boxes always have the same exact dimensions.
@FragMe!: That's what I would normally do, but the ZE Tools doesn't seem to be able to export anything under a dummyroot at the moment. :cpu:
