Republic Commando Mod/Map

Still working out some of the mechanics of how the Hud works in game. Also have a little mesh problem around the corner of the visor. Will be making a brand new clone commando model and more weapons.

Right now I am thinking of disabling or making the 3rd person view usless so every one can only use the 1st person view with the Hud.

If I may say so, sir - OH BOY! I love Republic Commando. I don't remember seeing these two weapons in it, though.

Anyway, is this going to be a total conversion, or a single map?

Those are the same weapons, just with different shading. :wink: The FC-1 I made is a modified version of the JO gun.

I remember that gun. :D It was a fun one. I love RC, too, that was one of LA's great successes. (Software-wise, not marketing)

Hmmm... I still can't seem to remember. The trandos have repeaters, a shotgun, and some sort of heavy-repeater-machine-gun. Is it the repeater that the normal Trando mercs carry? But, yes, it does remind me of the flechetter in Jedi Academy and Jedi Outcast.

Oh, BTW, are you planning on giving them those wrist vibro-knives?

Hopefully I can make it with as much quality, although its kind of limited to Battlefronts engine. :(

I made it based off of the flechette from JA and JO just modified a little. I will be making the Trando's shot gun but it won't have any of those really cool animations.

well if your able to make vibro-move then people should be able to make wookiemelee attacks like in RC

Well, I could make the knife then enable the ewok spear physics so you can throw the knife with the gernade animation and it would stick into someone.... don't know if it would work but worth a shot.

Any other ideas?
