They're not Hunter Flood, actually.
They're Flood "Pure" Forms, and the Tank Form is the last stage of it, also the most powerful

Hunters' physical makeup makes it so the Flood can't control them, the Flood require one neurological section to infect, while the Hunters have hundreds of brains that can simply disconnect one of the infected Lekgolo worms.
But I can't stop you from calling them that, can I?

Yeah, or you have the grunts which do not have suffecient body mass to have a flood infection form to infect it.

And I think the infection forms' penetrators would probaly just impale the worm and kill it.

My friend found this grunt (it might be in the last level) and it says:
"Hey Demon! The Jerk store called and said they're all out of you!"
I don't know why but I find that hilarious

Now, I don't own Halo, but this one question has irked me to no end:
How is it that Grunts, even if they are bred to decode "infidel" languages, yell at you in perfect English
and have figured out human slang and pubescant humor? Pardon my geeking, but wouldn't they have horrible grammar and an accent, or perhaps curse wildly at you in their own native tongue? And they speak English to the Arbiter... It just doesn't make sense.
Yeah, I know I'm looking too far into this. I tend to do that.

You can hear it due to the Mjolnir's translator, the implants in most marines, and both the Arbiter and the Grunts speak the same language, translated into English for your convenience.

Yeah, that makes sense. Can't believe I didn't see it before.

This is the ULTIMATE game to play on Halo 3.
1. Get four people, and play through Halo on Legendary.
2. After "the Spark incident", when you exit the tunnel send one person to the left and below the ramp to see four ghosts. Have him drive one.
3. Continue playing as normal.
4. Drop one person off at the Mongoose and have him drive that. (Obviously, someone is already driving the Warthog.)
5. Drop off person number four at the Choppers.
6. Have the four of you race to the Dawn without firing weapons, but ramming allowed! (Nothing is more hilarious than watching a Chopper hit a Mongoose, sending it flying into a Tank form, sending both of them off a cliff... and on the way down splattering a Sentinel.

When you first get to the panels that start breaking away, almost at the beginning of the Hog Run, and you should see two Choppers.

I couldn't find the ghosts or Choppers, can you get them all by yourself or do you need 4 people?

When you play as someone's guest on xbox live, are you allowed to use his armor perms or is it impossible? I tried with the pre-unlocked ones already it worked fine.
