How to make a mod?

I´m not very good at english so please answer as i am a 11-years old boy(what i am)
My question is: When i m finish with a map i only munge it and it works. How is it with a mod? Had i also to munge a mod like a map?
And: Is it possible to make a Weapon which fires a Detabomb? I mean the Deto-pack! And the bomb is explodable?
I hope you can help me!

Well to start off, Maps and mods are different in a few ways, but making them uses the same munge process
-A mod doesnt have to have any maps in it, it can use the stock maps.
-A mod 99% of the time changes the sides ie The republic clones might have new skins amd new abilities.
-Mods are tougher and simpler to make than maps.
I suggest you check out
TheEverythingYouNeedToKnowThread and read as much as you need. READ ALOT
-you need to know the basics of side editing
-you need to know the basics of lua editing ( Lua is the game script, most of the basic stuff is simple, but when you get into advanced modding, you can do all sorts off cool stuff, like campiangh modes

if im understanding you correctly you wanna make a detpack rifle ... im not entirly sure thats possible .. but you can change the grenade msh from the grenade laucher to the detpack in the odf

It may be possible with some heavy odf editing and possibly a few new animsets. As Wulfman said, acquaint yourself with those topis and tutorials first, and read the stock documentation. Also, if your english is very hard to understand, I recommend using a free online translator to translate posts from your native language to English before posting.

i dont think it would even take a new anim set. heavy odf editing yes, but the anims wouldnt be neccessary

They would be if you wanted the unit to hold the weapon as a rifle.

well, I wouldn't call it "heavy" odf editing, advanced odf editing (or odfing) fits more.
Und wenn du mal mit der englischen Sprache nicht zurecht kommst, nimm für einzelne Wörter einfach den Google Übersetzer und zum Thema Grammatik wende dich an etwas mehr erfahrene
"Englischsprecher", es gibt hier auch ein par deutsche.

offtopic: nimm nicht den googleübersetzer für einzelne wörter, leo.org oder dict.cc sind besser.
