Anyways, this map might just be enough to make me start playing BF2 again.

Looks good, it's nice to see a bit of eye candy after coming home from vacation.

Re: Endor: Death Watch Bunker
To clarify, the battle droids you saw in the previous screenshot were loaded directly from the shipped cis.lvl. GCW conquest (the only mode type I'm considering) will feature just B1 variants (stock CIS marine, sniper, and engineer with overwritten textures). I think having a hunt or any other mode with them as playable units wouldn't be very interesting. Don't worry too much about them, the main battle is between the Imperials and Rebels. XCW conquest on the other hand is between Imperials and the Death Watch, with The Exile's Voyage sides as I have mentioned earlier.Lagomorphia wrote:I assume 'as much as possible' refers to the droid reskins. If you mean keeping to the stock sides in terms of weapons you could use the clone trooper with a mandalorian model (they were based off mandalorian commandos after all). By the way, are the Super Battle Droids going to have increased power compared to B1s or have the same as they are in the stock assets?
Do you mean Boba is an Imperial Hero or the Imperial hero on this map?Jango would be too overpowering while Boba Fett is the Empire's hero.
Are there going to be other modes besides conquest, such as a hunt mode where one side is the Death Watch battle droids?
And I meant to say Boba Fett is "the Imperial hero on this map." The Rebels have Pilot Luke.
@Ping: That's good to hear.

Re: Endor: Death Watch Bunker
Maybe you could leave a few de-activated battle droids sitting around the place. That would be pretty neat.

Re: Endor: Death Watch Bunker
Would you like the layout of the bunker or did you find the layout schematics and are using them?

Re: Endor: Death Watch Bunker
That's not necessary, RSL, thanks though. As I stated in the first post, this map is very loosely based on the actual bunker so the layout isn't very accurate at all. I did based portions of the map from a few references I found and used my imagination for the rest.
Well there are racks of deactivated B2s as shown in the sixth screenshot in the first post.
The map's pretty much done. I just need to get missing sounds to work and fix that annoying blocky laser problem.

I don't, I just like the concept of the bunker.[Off Topic]

Re: Endor: Death Watch Bunker
Ah. Hmm. You know, someone oughta make some deactivated B-1's. SWG even had models of those. There was a huge place I was at in SWG where there were rooms full of them in neat rows.
Near Tansarii Point Station, is Station Gamma. Deep in the asteroid station lies a staging area for B1's in the 'fetal/deactivated' position. I think that'd add some flare to the map, imo, if someone modeled those. I guess it's wishful thinking, though.

I'm in the process of submitting this map to SWBF Files. I'll have a download link in the Exile's Voyage release topic once it's available.
