i don't know why but my rank keeps going down. I am a bit worried i am doing something wrong so could u tell me what i did or why it is happening? please? (manners rock)

One's rank does not matter. That means you don't have to worry.

Ranks are based soley on post count, if a thread with a bunch of your posts gets deleted then your post count will drop, i.e. your rank will drop too.

If you were about to be banned, you would have racked up warnings and you would have received PMs from the staff. Like AQT said, ranks are essentially meaningless here - the only "ranks" that matter are 1st, 2nd, and 3rd warnings.
