When you munge, do select "EVERYTHING" or "cis" on the "NOTHING" box ?

It's maybe the cause.

Well... On your data_***/Sides folder, do you put your cis folder ? Coz, it's there is nothing in the "Sides" folder, so VisualMunge have nothing to munge.

Ease off the quote train guys, theres no need to have the entire thread quoted in each subsequent post. The reader doesn't need to see the same thing 50 times.

try to make a new mod and look if it is working there. if yes you should try to copy the munge.bat from C:\BF2_ModTools\data_XXX\_BUILD\Sides\CIS from the new to the old project. (back up the old one)

Ok.
Have you a folder like this C:\BF2_ModTools\data_XXX\_BUILD\Sides\CIS
and there should be a munge.bat like this:
@call ..\munge_side.bat CIS %1

if you checked this please post your cis req file, the unit's req file, the unit's odf file. And check the names.

Wait! This has happened to me before! If you are editing stock ODFs (example shipped units, forcepowers) there is a chance (almost always if it is in your common folder) that it will not munge. Simply copy all of the information to a new unit, and it should work.
