Snowspeeder harpoon gun not working. (SOLVED)

Why isn't the harpoon gun on my snowspeeder working? I tried to use it and it doesn't shoot, so it makes them pointless in my map. Do I have to add something special in my LUA or something?

SetMemoryPoolSize("OrdnanceTowCable", 40) -- !!!! need +4 extra for wrapped/fallen cables !!!
