ok, first off, why do you keep posting links to the replyform? do you think people are unable to find the button?
please create the bfront2log by running the crashing map/mission eith the bf2_modools.exe to and post it here. more info about that cna be found in the everythingyounneedhtread.

A: I'm not sure, keeps doing that on accident.
B: I have everything I need, odf, req, etc, changed the code as needed....
C: I have read that, and nothing has changed. What I'm trying to say is that the game doesn't crash until I start the conquest mode.

on the add reply page, click on the "hide" button, within the created hide-tags paste the content of the bfront2log after you ran the crashing mission with the bf2_modtools.

you press the "hide"button only once, it creates the tag [h!de] and [/h!de] (yes, i mean "i" with "!") between those, past the text. you should post the content of the bfront2.log file, not the reqs.

It doesn't create a log, I did everything I could, and the skins will not work :vader2:

if you have windows vista or 7 you may have to enable "compatibility files" in order to see it.

-_-

where is the bf2_modtools.exe file located and where are you looking for the file, give exact file directories please. also do you have the BF2_modtools.exe turning on and running like the regular game but smaller and with a green part or does it just crash?

also if you have 3 sides you know that only 2 can be playable and the other must be locals right
Hidden/Spoiler:
(@other modders, i'm just saying it must be 2 playable and one local without talking about the limit of sides and all of that stuff for simplicity)

A. I was running a search, the EXE must've been removed.
B. As soon as I Load the map, and run the mouse over the side, it crashes, straight to black, nothing special.
C. And Yes, I realize that there can only be two sides.

i dont wanna sound harsh, but READ CAREFULLY! and please write more exact! when the bf2_modtools.exe is mentioned in the very first answer, you should probably mention that you cant find it somewhen before the 11th post.
also, if you read the very first answer carefully you will notice that i was refering you to the EVERYTHING YOU NEED THREAD for more information on the bf2_modtools.exe

you know, this forum is dedicated to swbf2 modding, a very specific topic. the discussions/threads, especiallly in this moddingsection, are usually about one single issue. this means that in 99% of all cases a post in such a thread contains only information concerning this very issue. it is not like smalltalk with somebody you know a bit trailing through various topics just for the sake of entertainment or social interaction. the posts must be specific and contain everything there is to know because the issue is most likely individual and details cannot be gathered somewhere else. therefore every single sentence must be taken into consideration, no matter if its being read or written.

As I said before, I'm new to this. I can't help that I'm not very bright. And I admit to it. But, now reinstalling Mod Tools.

dont worry, nobody is blaming you for being new or not bright. the only thing (most) people ask for here is that you try, pay attention and ideally be informative. e.g. it would be very helpfull to know if you actually read the information about the bf2_modtools.exe in the everythingyouneedthread and looked in the bf2_modtools folder for the .exe

Okay, going over to the everythingyouneed section. Does anyone want to check my files? Just for the safety of double check?
EDIT: Okay, the installer I have is jacked, and the script isn't working, Where is a place with an actually good Installer? :vader2:

Okay, Windows 7 Isn't Battlefront Friendly- I'm going to have to hook up my old Dinosaur to test this- That, or get a new computer. Unless someone wants to take my work and finish it. Which I highly doubt.

there are quite some people around here which are modding with windows 7. the only thing that it could cause problem with is sometimes visualmunge (there is a fix for it) but not the bf2_modtools.exe

Its not the modtools- It's The Actual Battlefront itself- It works after the sound is off (Which I dont care about), but the Wolfpack makes it crash. :?
