does Company Of Heroes have map editor?

Im wondering here if Company Of Heroes has the map editor built in to the game once you already get?,because that would be great not having to dload a lot of stuff for the map editor,so does any1 here who has Company Of Heroes please tell me if it has map editor,thanks.

No it doesn't, because I'm pretty sure it would have been mentioned in a review somewhere. Hopefully they'll release mod tools for it though.
