2-Flag works now, nice job!
A few bugs to report this time around. Mostly sound things, which I know you said you were having issues with. Looking good so far, though. I'm not sure that 2-flag isn't supposed to have ships in it, but it makes for a much more interesting round. :)

In GCW 2-Flag:
- on the selection screen right at the beginning of the map the text on the buttons says CIS/Republic, but the actual sides are Empire/Rebels
- Turrets have no sound
- Needs music
- Minimap is off slightly
- I had a selection issue. When I died and when to respawn, I didn't see the icon for swapping sides (shown below). You could still click that area of the screen and the sides would switch, but then if you selected another unit, it would switch right back.

- The new unit's weapns don't have sound (Recon trooper and officer)
- I couldn't switch to Jun's secondary weapon. Maybe he's not supposed to have one, but I though he had push or something in Yavin 4:Arena
- When Jun grabs the flag there's little white arrows next to him

In CW 1-flag:
- Jango's jetpack has no sound, I don't know if that falls under your jedi w/no saber sound known bug or not
- I was a Magna Guard at the time, jumped into a CIS bomber, and somehow that triggered the background music to start playing.
- I'm not getting the Victory/Defeat music when the round completes.

I know you are cutting some stuff out to save time Teancum, but do you think we will eventually get the GCW ships back in?

Huh? I thought GCW ships were in.

@ Squipple -- The reason there are lots of sounds missing is that I'm using space sound lvls so that the flyers work. I might be able to have TAW_Artemis fix all of the sound reqs (he was working on it the other day) so that the sounds work. It's all about the deadline/how much time we'll need, etc. Perhaps I can trade some work with him and finish game modes for Naboo or something.

-I'll fix the CIS / Republic thing showing up in GCW. I don't know why it's doing that but I know a workaround.
-That side selection bug I probably won't bother with. It's been a known bug that happens sometimes since the beta was out, and it probably is an engine bug. Besides, IMO once you pick sides in CTF modes you shouldn't be allowed to switch.
-I'll look into Yun's bug. That might be an older version of him.

Yeah, that's not proper to Yun, it happened to me when i took the flag with a Wookie in tatooine dune sea last night.

I played conquest and xl with no vehicles. Those are the only modes I played since I got the new version.

i loved this map but i noticed a few things that need to be fixed

1) for me the recon trooper for the empire (i have olny played empire using him) cant use either stealth or the rcon droid. maby its just my computer oh well

2) i didnt see any viechaels on xl

3) can you make the posts a little closer on xl because it feels like it takes forever to get to the main battle and then die really fast

all and all its awesome and i really like how you added those new kits

keep up the great work

oh and one more thing since this is .98 can i post a link to this for my clan since its past .95?

once again great job

*sigh* Sad news -- apparently I'm out of tricks. No matter what I try to do, I can't fix the flyers bug in GCW. I know that it's because when it loads up GCW for some reason the game things it's Clone Wars (the spawn names plus the log says it's looking for CW flyers), but I am out of ideas as to how to fix it. I might have to pull GCW and make it CW only.

That would be sad...

I think that you should keep GCW...even if hte flyers don't work. Platforms is my favorite BF1 map...even without the ships it'd be amazing.

I don't think it'd be so bad if GCW was pulled. Clone Wars air combat is way better, IMO.

Hey, are you gonna switch the engineers to pilots?

Ah, totally would have missed that! Thanks Desann! You're always there when I need you. :P

Yeah I don't want to pull Clone Wars at all. Especially since I noticed Tatooine: Dune Sea and Bespin: Cloud City also have the same problem. Hopefully I'll be able to figure it out since we're pushing back the release date for the BF1 Conversion pack.

For some reason, Platforms crashes my game whenever I try to play it. I don't have any custom mods of any kind installed, so it's not that. I don't see what else the problem could be.

SP or MP, what mode, how many loading dots turn red before the crash, etc. Need more info that 'it crashes'
