Ive been trying to get lava in my map for ages now but when i insert water with mustafar's texture it just looks like reddish water. I couldnt find any topics on this btw .

Do you mean it looked like reddish water in ZE or in game?

Try putting your ingame water settings on low and see if it shows up.

OK this topic can be locked cus i just found out that lava is just textured ground that has a death region on because pandemic is to lazy to do proper lava

Actually Pandemic used Lava props with an animated texture, but you can make water lava, just set the opacity to 255, if it's not already.
