Re: Battlefront Project Final!
Well, I will be honest with you, I had never heard of this "Battlefront Project" mod before (I am a newcomer afterall), but I'm already interested! I like how you nailed the visuals on Lando.
I wish you luck.

Yes, pls read that it WILL be dude.
And its probably compatible with the other big time mods as they do no more than add eras.
And BF0 is a mappack, not a mod.

It has new sides, and adds lots of new elements to the game, i think its classified as a mod.CodaRez wrote:Yes, pls read that it WILL be dude.

Re: Battlefront Project Final!
A mod would implement itself into stock maps as well. BF0 only reserves itself for its own maps. therefor I believe its a mappack(and it may have said so in the WIP topic)DarthRogueKnight wrote:It has new sides, and adds lots of new elements to the game, i think its classified as a mod.CodaRez wrote:Yes, pls read that it WILL be dude.

Just my 2 cents

Re: Battlefront Project Final!
As for compatibility with BFX... Its not really a big matter since you can just cut and paste BFX somewhere else to play BFP and vice versa.

Re: Battlefront Project Final!
Looks awesome.
Will the commanders use binoculars like in your previous version, or beacons? Id go with the first option, since there are beacons in BFX.
And are you still able to choose between single and automatic fire modes?
BTW, love the stun thing, makes it movielike (especially for imps

Re: Battlefront Project Final!
Yah they still have binoculars, and they overheat longer now. I changed rifles to burst mode and single shot/stun shot mode. Localization works now too.
I have to maps that are 90% done. My huge Geonosis map, which i've planned to include unit customization on and a secret other map that has a campaign mode. Those 2 maps I'll try to polish up for releasing after the final is out.
EDIT: Here are the new heroes for CW hero assault
Rex, Clone ARC Commander, RC Boss

Re: Battlefront Project Final!
Cool. But may I ask what'll be different about this Geonosis map than the thousands that have already been released on Filefront and GT?? Not to mention Xav's two new Geo maps he's gonna include in his mod.
