9 PST...That's 6 pm EST, right? The earliest I could probably do that would be 6:30 EST and later.

Whoops, my bad. On weekends, I usually get up at 9 or 10, so this should work out.

On weekends I usually wont get up till past 10:30AM so don't expect me to join till at least 11:30 or 12.

as long as it needs to be, ill set it up either friday night or as soon as I get up saturday, and take it down when we are done. NOTE: this server is rented from -GMRZ-US by _IJO_ and can be taken over by _IJO_ at any point during our use. I'm going to try and get the IJO leader (my friend) to join in on the competition so that we can have more players and support. Also this server is modded by yours truly with the help of others here at GT (*cough* [RDH]Zerted) so the point values for each feat has been changed and vehicles have been locked.

Side note: it would be really helpful if everyone who is signed up get Xfire if they dont have it already and add me (myers73) and darthtyren (darthtyren) as friends. We may end up making an xfire group for this to better organize and post news, and not hijack GT's forrums

How are you considered to have no life if you play during a somewhat late time, contrary to getting up at an early time like 8 or 9. The latter would be considered devoting your life to a computer, not what I just said.

8 or 9 isn't too early for me, but for my parents...

It doesn't matter. It will run for as long as it needs to.
