Hey folks!

RyanJ and I have been working on a server to open up to the public, as well as for use for a Child's play event, and we wanted to invite Gametoast on! Since GT has always offered me the fruits of its labor, I wanted to return the favor, so I'm opening a beta test up for Gametoasters!



For now, we're only testing a single war map (pictures below), so as to make sure we've gotten all the plugin kinks ironed out, but soon we'll be opening the server up for exploration and survival!

There aren't many rules other than those of simple civility. The server is currently only for testing the war map we've got set up, so please don't try to break out of the room to go outside or into the village. It'd save us a lot of time. I don't expect this to be a problem, but better safe than sorry!

That was a fun couple of games.

I have to say it was fun. But I was lagging haha.

I've been playing on a Faction PVP Server.

Any thoughts on the actual map?

It was in my opinion a little small but other than that it was fun. When players went to mine the diamond they made perfect targets.

I've updated the OP with info. The server is officially open for GT members, so feel free to drop in and take a look, play a few matches.

I'll try it tommorow, let you know what I think.

I played with RyanJ and Pitty, and boy was it fun. Although I thought it was rather unfair when he turned into deadmau5 and Notch, then into a ghast.
Oh, are you going to make other arenas? Because I'd like to submit one if you need any.

Haha, yeah, they'll do that every now and then. At least he didn't turn into a chicken. That's the worst.

We will be making more arenas, but we might be tying that into a Child's Play fundraiser, so we don't have any specific plans yet. But please do send in your idea, they'd be greatly appreciated.

Hey theres a lot of people on right now. Unfortunately I crash a lot. I get a dirt screen every now and then>crash.

Okay, now I can't even play. I don't know if thats the server or my mods doing it though.

LOL I was right.

It was my mods. Just had to disable them in ModLoader. Great Server.
EDIT: Nvm, crashed again.

Nice world. I think that not having official towns is a bit of a letdown, but no big deal. Especially since this NPC village reminds me sooo much of the Anchorhead Settlement from KotOR, lol. The only gripes I have are that non-mods can't access ANYTHING in teh town, it seems, and that there isn't a Pokemon Stadium map, which I would be willing to fix. Heck, I'd do it alone, if you needed me to.

Both of these will be fixed. But I want to set regulations on towns, because I'd rather have populated towns, not useless ghost towns.

I was really just joking about the towns, as I established like 90 bazillion on GTia, hehe.

Understatement.

I had lots of fun, but it gets crazy, especially when I get trapped in a pit full of creepers.

I was in the war zone when they were spawning zombies so I hid underground it was funny. I was wondering if I could build a railroad on the map?
