Hi, everytime I open BFBuilder and try to create a new level, it says, " An error has occured in the script on this page."

How do I fix this? I say yes and nothing happens.

Hm, wasn´t this the typical "space in the installpath problem"?

Make sure your path to your bfbuilder folder doesn´t have a space in it.

Example:
Correct: c:/programs/lucasarts/bfbuilder
wrong: c:/programs/lucas arts/bfbuilder

Someone should make a thread on how to fix this problem and make it a sticky...

Obviously, more people go here for help then read the documentation, so I still think someone should make a sticky.

In a directory which does not contain spaces and too many characters...

I put it here:

file://C:\Michael\BFBuilder.hta

and it still doesn't work. Do I need to have Zeroeditor and Internet Explorer open as well?

Have you renamed the *.HTA application into "BFBuilder.hta" ?

You should try to place your "BFBuilder.hta" file into the "C:\BFBuilder\" directory, and not in "C:\BFBuilder\BFBuilder"...

it was originally "0 BFBuilder ProWIP030605.hta" and that did not work. so then i changed it to have no spaces and that still didnt work. then i renamed it and replaced it into a different folder and still didnt work. then i tried redownloading it and still it did not work. i also trid putting it into "C:\BFBuilder.hta" that didnt work either.

Maybe I wasn't clear in my previous post, but did the original version of BFBuilder (Which shipped with SWBF Mod Tools) work, before you've installed BFBuilder Pro ? :|

oh my bad, i read it wrong. yes, bfbuilder worked before i got bfbuilder pro

In that case, you'll have to re-use BFBuilder...
psych0fred has already mentioned problems related to BFBuilder Pro : The easiest manner to solve them is to re-use the original *.HTA file, which is present in SWBF Mod Tools...
