Hello everyone , i will show a little bit you of my work.
Geonosis Battlefield:--
Facts about the map--
-4 Battle areas in 4 modes
-Conquest - A big battle area (battlefield) (fail some more detais)
-flag1 - Cis-ship (not ready)
-assult -A new Geonosis area (not ready)
-hunt - Geonosis hanger (not ready , fail some more detais) (look ep2 of the end)
First Screens:
Ps: Space Deathstar is ready , but i need a better skin for the Deathstar :!:

SWEET! What's that flying thing on the last page? What AI heroes will walk around the Arena? Will the droids spawn in the Areana or will they spawn from within the gates?

Wow, Finally a Geonosis map with everything in it...
I hope you add more objects, And find a replacement for the Venator, since they were never on Geonosis.
Also, The "cool" thing in the last picture is, a Republic Command shuttle..

I think it was used to transport Jedi down to Geonosis during the battel correct?
Anyway that looks so cool one of the best Geonosis I have ever seen

Nice work on the Geonosis map Redline.
Yeah the Republic Shuttles transported the Jedi to the Geonosis Arena according to the Clone Wars video game.
Now you need a SPHA-t, and a Core ship with landing gear animations launching back into space, also you should animate the radar on the rep forward centers so that it rotates like the one in the movie and then it'll be complete.

can you explain more please?
is it one huge thing? (battleground, arena the place where dooku dueled obi and anakin...) or are all these things separated?

Nice work! Only thing is that in the last pic, it looks like there is a lot of open ground. While this is authentic to Geonosis, it can sometimes make for boring gameplay.

Wow this map looks awesome especially the Flyer but what really caught my attention is the ledge with Obi-Wan. So authentic. This map will be a keeper.
oh forgot the smilies

That's how I feel about this map.

AMAZING progress on this map and excellent concept. May I add a few suggestions though? First of all, although I'm aware it is still a WIP, keep in mind to blend more of the textures to create more natural looking terrain and also keep in mind the visual of the map by working on better lighting/shadowing and shading for all textures. Aside from the visual aspect, I recommend resizing the ACCLAMATOR Transports to their actual size by making them larger as well as getting rid of the VENATOR as it was not conceived of in the battle of Geonosis *that IS unless of course you are not sticking to the canon storyline of Episode II but it seems you are basing it off of it*. Also add an appropriately LARGE amount of troops and droids as well as vehicles in this battle. I'm sure it will not lag so don't think of that as a problem as this game suprisingly handles a large amount of units perside than people give it credit for. So just take advantage of my advice and the game's engine to its limits if you will:) Utilize this with your progressive map and skill and this will become one of the best maps ever I'm sure. Thank you and keep up the good work. Either way the community will enjoy this piece, I'm just adding suggestions that I hope you consider atleast....if not this map will still be one of my personal favorites judging from the screens.

Ok I basically agree with everything Delta 38 just said, especially with the atmosphere and all.
Now why do you have indoor buildings? I don't think that would be very realistic to the battle

Where did you get the models for those by the way?
Now I got some cool things for you from the shipped assets:
Geonosis coreship sitting in ground (no collision)
Secret Spire model (no skin)
Geonosian Lair A (found in BF1 assets)
Geonosian Lair B (found in BF1 assets)
Looking cool so far

The map looks sweet! Add more Assault Ships on the ground like about 2 more or 3. It still looks pretty empty for the battlefield and the arena, the arena sould be filled with SBD's. And are we playing inside the CIS Core Ship in capture the flag mode?
