Well, I do not see why they'd leave a bunch of costumes in there if they weren't planning on activating them with the DLC. Yes, costumes have been found in TFU2 for the PC. I think somebody modded it so you could play as a Wookie, and as an Ewok, as well as Vader and Yoda... although the Ewok and Yoda had a certain glitch that reminded me of my BF1 Modding days.
