Colors? if you mean texture this is what you can do:
There is tga file called Lego1.tga which is just a sample. Take for example yav2_bldg_stone.tga from Assets/Yahin/Msh and copy it in your modid folder where you have a copy of legos. Delete Lego1.tga and rename yav2_bldg_stone.tga to lego1.tga. Your lego1 set will be textured with stone texture. Play around with different tgas from other levels to find the best for you...

Do you have any lego's that havn't been released yet. Because more legos would add more possibilities.

Also eddie. Do you have any legos that are lego 5,6,7,8 .tga? I thought that they would be usefull. If you dont have them now dont even bother theough.

if im correct most if not all the legos came from the rhen var assets. eddie just got em all together and gave them their respective numbered textures to make it easier for us

Yes that is true, Rhen Var is the bast level for these kind of things. As for lego5, let me guide you to make your own. Take Lego_Cube_4.odf - copy - rename to Lego_Cube_5.odf. Open Lego_Cube_5.odf (notepad) and change Lego_Cube_4.msh to Lego_Cube_5.msh and Lego_Cube_4 to Lego_Cube_5 - save. Then,
Take Lego_Cube_4.msh file - copy - rename to Lego_Cube_5.msh. Open Lego_Cube_5.msh (UltraEdit32 or any other program for hex viewing; You can Google for Ultra Edit 32), look for lines Lego4.tga (2-3 occurances) and type over 4 to 5 to get Lego5.tga - save. Now, you only need Lego5.tga in your msh floder and that is it.

that's exactly what i was gonna suggest eddie, so then you could have many of the same legos with different textures
