XSI problem: Saving geometry transformations

this is a problem I had with my Deathglider but can't remember how I fixed it, fortunately it doesn't show up often.

Sometims I will make a change to something, but despite saving(sometimes repeatedly and resaving as...) it won't register.

Then, the cockpit had shrunk and whenever I tried to stretch it to fit the frame it ignored me. Now for the backpack of a player modelwhenever I try to move a couple things where they should be , if I save and exit they will not be there when I reopen it. Specifically I am rying to move them back on he Z-axis and they keep coming back forward if I leave the scene.

to keep transforms all you simply do is freeze them but you have to also freeze the geometry to get rid of the center modifier or else the model will revert back to its original transforms if the center modifier gets deleted rather than frozen.
