Ignored cloth collision

since i started "creating" cloth i had problms with the collision everytime, i usually found a way to get it working, but now battlefront ignores the collision every cloth i export or create fully.
i tried to reinstall the exporter, reinstall XSI, test it on another map/computer
even fragme exported a unit for me but it had no collision ingame
technically everything is fine, the primitives are primitives etc, the setup is correct..
but it just ignores the collsion
do you have any idea what could cause this problem?

Just to make sure everything is being set up correctly can you send me a test scene to examine, it doesn't have to be an actual project, the unit template beta with a simple skirt or cape would be fine, I would like to take a look at how you're setting up the cloth collision just to rule out any possible mistakes.

I'm sorry, but could you both please share the results? I'm having exactly the same problem: even FragMe! says i did everything right, but then still, ingame, no succes. That's why i make collision, and replace them through hexing with collision from assets' models.. Kinda a big job, looking at how simple it should be
Thanks

i found a solution for me:
everytime you edit the collisionprimitives:
1.delete the clothcluster of the clothmesh
2.delete the orange pandemiccloththing under your clothmesh
3.remove the enveloping of the clothmesh
4.freeze and freeze m the clothmesh
5.reenvelope the mesh
6.select the fixed points and collisionprimitives
7. your changes show up ingame!
im not shure wether all steps are needed, but removing the clothrelatedstuff of the mesh and set it up as cloth anothertime is definitelly not enough!
