Exporting Problems: Always Small

Well, my crosswalk problem was apparently solved by itself, but now there is a problem with the size of my models, once I export and try it on ZE and InGame it seems to be fine (collisions and cutters), but if I re-scale the model for whatever reason I have and then re-export it, is always the size of the first export.

I tried scaling the MSH but having terrain cutters it glitches, all terrain cutters keep the old scale and thus don't cut properly.

Sounds like you are forgetting to freeze all transforms.

Nope, I freeze all transforms, including the ones on terrain cutters, and even without terrain cutters, that's why it seems weird...

1.- Freeze M
2.- Freeze Transforms
3.- Export

I even freeze the main Null.

have you tried exporting the cutter as obj and reimporting?
that can sometimes solve problems
