Skin color not changing [Solved]
So I recently skinned the ep2-pilot to be pruple, and when it is put in game, it is still yellow. I know it is saved correctly, because I replaced the unit, and tried again, and still it is yellow. Any ideas? Also, it apears purple in the SWBF viewer, by Tipam.

Re: Skin Colors
Try a clean and munge. You may also want to rename your custom unit's msh to something else, as it may be overwritten by the shipped clone when you read it in the lua.

Re: Skin Colors
Also, there are multiple tgas of that skin (three, I think) in the rep folder with different names, so try changing all of them.

Ok, thanks.
@repsharpshooter-- I tried a clean and munge, and it still was the same.

Re: Skin Colors
Did you put "dc:" in front of your custom side in your lua?
EDIT: Oops just noticed your custom unit did show up in game.
EDIT 2: You could try doing a manual clean here.

Re: Skin Colors
ooh ive had this before, it looks like you copied an odf, renamed it and kept the same msh. if bf2 has 2 odf's with the same msh, only one will show up. (duplicating the msh and renaming it shold fix)

Ok, thanks.
edit-- I fixed it. It turns out I forgot that there was a pilot.tga in the PC folder, and I hadn't changed that, so the game was reading that tga, not the other one.
thanks for the help
