I seem to have some problems with my Personal Message service. It seems people don't get my pm's and Some people said that when they tried to PM me, an error message saying "Sorry, but no such user exists." was displayed.

please help...

I would almost guarantee it's due to the quotes around 'DREADNOUGHT'. We can remove those if you like. Perhaps RC-1290 would be a more fitting nickname.

Off-topic : Thus, it visibly seems that I wasn't the sole GameToast member encountering problems while attempting to submit Private Messages towards the concerned user, and since what Teancum suggested earlier must be indeed proven, I was wondering whether removing Special and Esoteric Characters contained inside the Username of existing registered persons could be considered, in order to avoid being troubled again by such Errors in the future...

The concerned user? In this case that's me right...was it urgent?

Off-topic : I was indeed talking about you, but equally of all other GameToast members whose respective Username would contain Special Characters as happened to yours, and working out this Issue as fastly as possible was eventually highly required, especially in case the aimed persons would attempt to converse properly using the local Private Messaging feature, in order to request Informations or Support about a few Star Wars Battlefront I / II-related Projects, for sample...
