I'm trying to model a building with good proportions. I have points on a plane where I want to extrude columns out of, is there any way to plot circles around the points? This is easy in sketchup but I can't figure out how to do it in XSI. Also are there any aides that are equivalent to sketchup's "guide lines" for XSI?

EDIT: hod down the ctrl button while using transform tools to snap to the grid in xsi
