Multiplayer is 1000x more fun. I've been playing and the teleporting you can do makes everything easier.

Alpha or Classic? I'm a mod on a classic server, and it's a ton of fun to just chill with friends and jump around and build stuff.

I caved and bought Minecraft. Haven't played online yet but singleplayer's pretty sweet.

Never mind, I played creative mode and though it was.....
creative, I liked the "Cute" aspect of the graphics and would like more!
I want to make stuff!
But after seeing many people who are addicted....

Bought beta, built giant fortress.

Boys, now I have THE greatest idea for a multiplayer minecraft server EVER (Well, for Gametoast, anyway): You can spawn on a small city on a large island, where you can trade for goods and services an buy plots of land. Some users will be appointed as designated guards/police to stop griefers, trolls, and mobs.

BUT:

Beyond the town, in the wide-open frontier, you are the law. You're free to build your own empire, deplete resources as you choose, and border disputes are settled the good-old fashioned way: War! Who else thinks that's a good idea?

I don't think there are enough of us GTers who play Minecraft to do that. How about we just get a basic SMP game going sometime for starters?

There's 8 of us that I know of, and probably more that we can convert to our evil desires! >:D

I've also got the game and play pretty often. I'd be down to join you guys in a GT server.

I watched some "let's plays" on YouTube, and am now completely hooked. So yeah, a GT server would be preeety sweet.
