Here's the current situation:
Yavin 4: Temple --- 100%
Bespin: Cloud City -- 98% (need to do wall hacker protection)
Bespin: Platforms -- 98% (need to finish TIE Phantom
Kamino: Tipoca City -- 98% (need to do wall hacker protection)
Rhen Var: Citadel -- 98% (need to do wall hacker protection) -- but I am not sure where the wallhacks are, so I might skip this (there's no obvious places to me)
Tatooine: Dune Sea -- 98% (need to finish vehicle sounds and a few other small things)
Kashyyyk: Docks -- 90% (adding Recon/Commander units plus more heroes for Artemis)
Kashyyyk: Islands -- 90% (adding Recon/Commander units plus more heroes for Artemis)
Naboo: Plains --80% (adding Recon/Commander units plus more heroes for Artemis) Only has Conquest now, going to add 1-Flag CTF, Hunt and XL -- no 2-flag or Hero Assault. It's way to big for Hero
Naboo: Theed -- 75% ?? - not sure haven't played the latest build (will be finishing whatever Artemis couldn't due to real life, plus adding Recon/Commander units plus more heroes)
Geonosis: Spire -- 0% (Darth Derkie seems to have dropped off the planet, so I gotta do this over since I can't get the source for adding all the cool stuf for the pack)
Rhen Var: Harbor -- 0% (Darth Derkie seems to have dropped off the planet, so I gotta do this over since I can't get the source for adding all the cool stuf for the pack)
If I could get ahold of Derkie and get the source for Genosis and Rhev Var Harbor it would speed things up a ton, but he doesn't ever respond to me on MSN, so I'll have to do those two over to make sure they're done 100%.

Hmm, sad.
The rest sounds like its really coming along, though. I refuse to take back what I said about pateince.
I used to hate glitchers, but now I get lots of free kills in hero assault. I just play as Han, place a detpack over a glitch, then when someone playing as Yoda comes along and tries to get in... BOOOM!!!. And I laugh Razz
*twitch* That didn't even sound like you..

I have my evil side. heehhehehehe.
Anyways, I'm getting the source to Artemis' levels tonight, so that helps a lot. Perhaps I will finish all but Geonosis: Spire and Rhen Var: Harbor then release the pack. That way I have a good excuse to patch it aside from any bugs people encounter.

Off-topic : Teancum, as you seem to have become the main "Leader" of this Star Wars Battlefront II Project, may I know if you have eventually planned on releasing the Source Files of all the levels contained inside this "Star Wars Battlefront Conversion Pack", or are those maps basically the Property of their respective Authors, which means those ones might not accept to share their work with the whole GameToast Community ?

Well, we won't be releasing the source files for one reason. We don't want multiple versions of a conversion running around. That's why we are fixing every last bug and adding as much to them as possible -- so that nobody feels they need to change it.

Off-topic : Well, if I asked you whether these Star Wars Battlefront II levels' Source Files could be freely released, this was basically to allow GameToast members having downloaded and enjoyed them to edit LUA Scripts attached to these maps for a private use, since I guess some of them would like to replace Sides and / or Units used on these "user-made" Creations, which is rather understandable.
Of course, exploiting Hex-Editing in order to get your hands down on the required informations is a valuable manner to work out this problem, but I am not sure that anyone is actually able to proceed so...

I can release the LUAs, that's no problem. The additional units and heroes can also be released. In fact, I am hoping that many people will add my Recon/Commander units to their own maps. I just won't be releasing the maps themselves for reasons stated before.

Off-topic : Personally, I would be entirely satisfied if such Star Wars Battlefront II resources were publicly released, Tean', but I guess all those contents will not be provided without their respective Authors' approval...
Am I right ?

Well, as far as the TAW guys go, they can release their source folders if they want, but I won't be releasing mine. Just think of the confusion if someone takes Yavin 4 and releases it as their own. When you play online there would be version errors and all sorts of problems. I very, very, VERY highly doubt the map sources themselves will be released. Only the new content like units, vehicles and heroes, plus the LUA scripts. It just creates to many problems with the entire source released, plus I don't want some punk kid changing one thing in one of my maps and releasing it as his own.

Yeah that's what I'll probably. Geonosis and Rhen Var Harbor will probably released in a patch that will include any fixes needed.

Update:
Version 1.0 will be released as soon as I can get it finished. It will have the following maps:
Yavin 4: Temple
Bespin: Cloud City
Bespin: Platforms
Kamino: Tipoca City
Rhen Var: Citadel
Tatooine: Dune Sea
Kashyyyk: Docks
Kashyyyk: Islands
Naboo: Plains
Naboo: Theed
As soon as I can after that, I will release a 1.1 patch that will include:
Geonosis: Spire
Rhen Var: Harbor
as well as the following BONUS maps:
BF2 Coruscant Hero (another version Coruscant with Hero Assault only)
Methlyn: Ruins (pending permission to convert and add from [GT]EraOfDesann)
Concord Dawn (pending permission to add from Jawa_Killer)
Haruun Kal: Jungle
The patch will take awhile, as all of those maps I have to convert from scratch. But, now you know where we stand on everything.

Off-topic : Do you have any idea of the reasons explaining why Darth-Derkie has decided to drop out Star Wars Battlefront I / II Modding, moncal' ?
Indeed, I have to admit that am rather surprised to learn that such a GameToast member launched a Star Wars Battlefront II Project without planning on finalizing and releasing it once it would be completely achieved...

I was also thinking (you all tell me how you feel) of adding the following to the 1.1 patch:
BF2 Mygeeto Hero (special Hero Assault version of Mygeeto)
BF2 Mustafar Hero (special Hero Assault version of Mustafar)

Lev, im really not sure y DD gave up SWBF2 modding. He didn't tell me. But he kaept saying he was serious about giving it up. I sent DD a PM and told to give the maps to Teancum. I just IM ed him on xfire and told him but he is AFK.
I like the idea of the bonus maps for the 1.1 patch.

Well, he's going to send me Geonosis and Rhen Var. They are still going to be in the 1.1 patch instead of version 1.0, because they'll need lots more work than the other maps.
