use a proxy vpn , work for me using vpnbook anakin suggested other options

I don't remember who made them but I do know that those skins weren't released.

Ok well If you ever happen to find out it would be nice to know because this was on youtube and had links but they were also all wrong.

Yeah that is my fault for the wrong links, I never bothered to investigate this skin further. At the time when the video was made, my mod tastes were not focused on anything so I was just downloading what looked interesting. I can not remember where I got this from but it was a couple years ago. I had meant to change the title but never got around to it due to my busy schedule. In my more recent videos, I try to include the correct mod name with an author in case someone needs to find an alternative link elsewhere.

Thanks guys! Battlefront Evolved is awesome, but it's not compatible with some maps/mods. And ENB makes my screen blurry, at least in Endor, which is only supposed to happen in Hoth
