Flyer Question

Post by Nedarb7 »

I'm planning on making a flyer for BF2 that has no special animation
(example: wings spreading out after launch) so something like a tiefighter.
My question is: Is there anything special needed for that type of flyer or can
I just make the geometry with a null as the parent and use it?

Your best example is what you already mentioned, the TIE fighter is a non-animated flyer. Have a look at it in Unwrap3d or import it with ZETools to examine and interact with the hierarchy.
