Two Trail effects

Does anybody know how you would have two trail effets be attatched to a projectile so that they appear and work at the same time?

You would need to edit the effect.

Create a secondary ordnance and attach the trail to that.
Dann Boeing did it for multi colored lasers in Pepperland and the Stock Chaingun uses both a bullet ordnance (with no trail) and a laser trail for the tracers.

But wouldn't that mean it would alternate the trail effect between the salvos?

Not at all. Just use a tracer, don't know why I didn't think of it the first time. The shotgun uses them, as well as a few others.

Hmm, if you use the tracer then they fire the projectiles at the same time. The two projectiles fired at the same time have different trail effects. Now how do you know that the two projectiles will stay consistent with each other and not use different paths?

Have you seen the beam move in a different path than the bullet with the shotgun? I'm pretty sure it stays together, I have not seen them move separately.

Fionwe's right. Look at the Chaingun/Shotgun odf's. It'll work.

Yup a secondary tracer will work how you want as long as the velocity for both ordnances are the same.
