What I don't understand is how I could do this:
Take Kashyyyk: Docks, and turn it into a addon map which would have Majin Revan's Kashyyyk: Shores clones.

Well... I guess you've downloaded the "Kashyyyk : Shores" map for a certain time, now. Before I can help you, you should send me the "mission.lvl" file contained in that map, by up-loading it using YouSendIt. (Just use the Search Assistant of Windows to find it in the map's sub-folders)
