wierd, the generator can be repaired and return as a cp after its destroyed...

I noticed that from Droid Storage a load of the droids kept running off into a dead end and just staying there

Feels like they're on a cruiser! Be sure to add medical droids and ammo droids. Also if you want to get rid of that orange tint do this:

1) Go the World Sky File.

2) Right underneath sky info it should have a paragraph of words and numbers like:

ObjectVisibility(40.000000, 80.000000, 1600.000000);
FogColor(252, 252, 252);
FogRange(0.000000, 3000.000000);
NearSceneRange(50.0, 220.0, 60.0, 300.0);
FarSceneRange(0.000000, 0.0);

3) Put two slashes // in front of

ObjectVisibility
AmbientColor
TopDirectionalAmbientColor
BottomDirectionalAmbientColor
CharacterAmbientColor
VehicleAmbientColor

4) Save the changes you made.

5) Clean and munge. Test the level and everything should no longer have an orange tint.

Hope this helps! Good job with the map! Maybe just make it bigger and add more unit choices and it'll be even better! :)

The Ox is very effective against 0x28dsq19's! lol. great job. especially for the beta. but still: darker please. and also same stuff as bulldog said. I know making names and sound is difficult though (if not, atleast for me) , so try ur best!

For the Republic you could change the clone pilot model from yellow to blue. Then take away everything (like dispensers and fusion cutter) and equip him with an EMP Launcher, pistol, and some EMP grenades. You could call him an EMP Trooper. LOL Hope you like the idea.

hmm, id need a story as to why the republic needs this type of trooper to beat the cis and destroy the energy generator.....
Boarding trooper: as the name implies, the trooper that has the job of blowing his way thru the cis armies.

Sabotage trooper: equipped with the gear needed to blast the energy generator to smithereens.

But the thing is the boarding trooper doesn't actully do what your description says, it needs to have s stronger gun.

EMP Troopers would be used by the Republic because of their effectiveness against droids. Just look at the jet troopers. :) Also, EMP weapons destroy anything electronic (EMP stands for Electro Magnetic Pulse). So they'd dominate droids (not on Battlefront though) and they'd be perfect for destroying the generator.

[GT]EraOfDesaann your idea is a good one. I get tired of playing two types of troopers and I would love to be able to play as the EMP trooper.

sure I can do that ill just make it do twice as much damage to Buildings so itl REALLY damage the generator.

Also you can add crates to contribute to the feeling of it being an indoor map, but mostly so it can provide cover for troops. The best crates are under Hoth and Bespin.

i know how to make the Generator UN-fixable. In the odf, just change the destroyed geometry to something that isn't in any of ur folders...that'll cause the destroyed geometry to now show up anymore so u can fix it.

i think repairing the genator is cool.
also, it might be cool if there where epIII clones and super battle droids.
objects/cover and crawl spaces are good ideas!

You can repair all cps that dn't completely explode. The BUNKER, SHEILD GENERATOR(Takes a while, or you need avbout 5 pilots)and possibly more.

yeah maybe add some more corridors and hallways because it would be nice to be able to go around other parts of the ship to make the map have some strategy involved in it.

Oh and why are there turrents inside the cruisier? It doesn't make any sense... :?
