CP count to unlock units help

I was wondering how i could use the amount of cp's owned by your team, to unlock units and if you don't, make the units cost too much to possibly achieve. This is the same as the yavin : Arroyo Pass map if you're wondering what i mean........would someone be able to help me with the exact coding i would need to add in my lua??? i know i can use SetProperty("Unit_name_here", PointsToUnlock, 1000) to set the pointstounlock but how would i change the other parts?

No answer on "the other parts", but you can change the "points to unlock" in your units odf, too.
